Our mentorship programme, which is geared toward kids in grades 8 through 11, helps younger students develop a competitive undergraduate resume. Our counsellors take the time to comprehend the priorities and objectives for your child's international education and then provide a personalised roadmap to help them get there.

Our counsellors assist in locating viable career paths that match your child's aptitude and interests by conducting psychometric exams using widely-researched scales. They provide guidance and the next steps on how to develop pertinent competencies and improve learning profiles through co-curricular and extracurricular options.
Step-2
Our counsellors search a vast network of hundreds of international partners and affiliates for your child to identify special and enriching opportunities. They create S.M.A.R.T. goals (specific, measurable, assignable, realistic, and time-related) and timelines to support your child's objectives by analysing, identifying, and carefully organising the appropriate programs.
Step-3
Our counsellors assist you and your child at every stage based on your personalised action plan. They support college discovery and research, academic assistance (onboard alternatives and subject selection), summer school selection and applications. They also help create a distinctive extracurricular profile, connect with appropriate mentors, prepare for interviews, create resumes, arrange for standardised tests, find other academic enrichment opportunities, and more.
Step-4
Every two weeks, our counsellors hold catch-up meetings to ensure your child is progressing toward creating an upgraded profile. Here, they talk about progress, offer assistance with any obstacles your child may be encountering, and encourage them to keep going. Six-monthly "big picture" sessions that check in on overall goals and make sure the person is on track to meet them serve as a supplement to these.
