Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Career Width strives to provide all the necessary information about our programs on our website, through email correspondence, and during counselling sessions. We prioritize accommodating student needs and offering support, but we expect students to be dedicated and motivated throughout their chosen program. If a student encounters any dissatisfaction, we encourage them to bring their concerns to our attention immediately so we can work towards a resolution.

Please be advised that Career Width maintains a “NO-REFUND” policy. Once a program fee is paid, it becomes non-refundable.

Exceptions: Payment Gateway or Technical Errors

In the rare instance of a double charge due to a payment gateway error, a technical error with your bank, or a website malfunction, Career Width will initiate a refund process. We understand that such errors can occur in e-commerce transactions. In these cases, a full refund will be issued within three business days of the error being reported.

Updating Our Policy

Career Width reserves the right to modify this policy periodically to enhance clarity or reflect new practices (such as incorporating new features). We will notify you prominently of any significant changes, either through an email sent to the address associated with your account or by posting a notification on our website. These changes will take effect on the posted date unless otherwise specified.  Your continued use of our services after the revisions are implemented signifies your acceptance of the updated policy. Any revised policy will supersede all previous versions.

Please note that any translated versions of this policy are provided for your ease of understanding. In the case of any discrepancies, the English language version of this policy will prevail.
